In a blogpost today The Coalition Studio announced that they are moving all work to the latest Unreal Engine.

The teams will focus on unlocking the potential of the new engine, which unfortunately will mean there will be no gaming news coming from the team including anything at E3 this year.
Shifting to a new engine is a big undertaking, so we want to be clear that we will not be announcing any new projects or titles for some time.
The team will continue to support Gears 5 with Operation 7 and Operation 8 which is due out this year.
