The Nintendo Switch Version Of Dragon Ball FighterZ Will Receive an Open Beta During August

The people of Bandai Namco are flexing their muscles to give us a Kamehameha of content for Dragon Ball FighterZ. Starting off the game will be expanding their already large roster of fighters with base Goku and Vegeta, the original most favourite characters who began their incredible journey in their original form. Base Goku who is famous for his first encounters with Vegeta and Freiza with epic battles, and base Vegeta well known for “It’s over 9000!” quotes and memes.

Even though they may be at their base form, these formidable foes will be dashing in with their powerful move sets. Base Goku will be able to turn fiery red in his Kaioken mode to truly bring the pain, along with his flashy Super Spirit Bomb. Next up we have the proud Saiyan Prince Vegeta with no planet (reminds me of Princess Leia from Star Wars) brushing up his skills starting with his iconic Galick Gun, leading to his deadliest energy blast, Galaxy Breaker.

The new content will be made available in August for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

But just like a long lasting cliffhanger in a Dragon Ball episode, the fun only continues with the release of Dragon Ball FighterZ open beta coming to Switch. The new multiplayer open beta will feature 3 characters classic battle either in 2v2 or 1v1 matches. The Switch version will also include 6 Player Party Match mode which can be played offline. No better way to settle disputes than to be able to play against each other, each player controlling a character by connecting six controllers. So pick up your Switch and practice going super Saiyan this August.

If you thought Goku and Vegeta’s fusion was impressive, well Caulifla’s explosive personality and Kale’s dangerous dormant power mixed together is asking for trouble, called Kefla. Kefla is the strong yet scary amazon like Saiyan who truly shows that Saiyan girls are no pushovers. Kefla will be storming her way to Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Extra Pack 3 this summer.

Dragon Ball FighterZ for the switch will be available on 28th September 2018.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is available on Playstation4 , Xbox One, and PC.
