Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is dominating the UK Gaming Charts this week again for its fourth consecutive #1. I’m going to predict that the game is going to chart at the top for quite a while until late Q3 when the heavy-hitters start shipping out to the public.
LEGO The Incredibles is holding firmly at #2 in the UK Gaming Charts. With the game being in the UK gaming charts for a week and the movie now accommodating the video game title, it’s still not enough to de-throne Crash at the top of the Wompa table. While Fortnite continuously shows people around the world that Fortnite is indeed the kids’ choice title, it’s going to be interesting to see how long LEGO The Incredibles holds up in the UK Gaming Charts. The game currently holds a 75 percent rating on Metacritic (Xbox One version).
Sonic Mania Plus debuts at number five this week being the premium release of the original Sonic Mania that launched worldwide last year – digitally, of course – while SEGA was certain of shipping it via a retail box version. For collector’s, you get a reversible SEGA Genesis art cover and an art book in the retail version and for new players, more content that wasn’t included in the original digital game last year. Sonic Mania Plus currently holds a 90 percent rating on Metacritic for its Switch counterpart.
